With the acquisition of a networking infrastructure supplier, our client saw an opportunity to rethink their web presence. As a young and small fabless semiconductor company competing with the likes of Intel and Qualcomm, our client had to make immediate positive impressions.
Our client is a leading provider of semiconductor products that enable intelligent processing for enterprise, data center, cloud, wire and wireless networking. They acquired a leading supplier of high performance networking infrastructure solutions.

UX Audit - What We Did
Our team was tasked to present a launching point. A guide to instill design thinking, focusing on our client’s customer engagement strategies, product stories, and support capabilities. We spoke to core members of our client’s team to understand and begin defining their customer groups.
We encouraged a closer look at how their content could be re-strategized to not only be of value to their mobile and tablet customer but to the general non-technical customer at large.
